I have been an at home baker for many years until I decided to chase my passion of making people happy through baking. I ended my career in Finance to follow my pastry passion.
To begin this journey I left my home state of New York and Enrolled and Graduated Top of my class from L’Academie de Cuisine’s Professional Pastry Arts Program, a top 10 rated Culinary school located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The programs course of study is dedicated to the fine art of French pastry theory and techniques.
I pride myself with only using the highest quality of ingredients making every Patisserie and Cake from scratch.
My background and culinary training gives to the perfect blend of at home-style baking mixed with elegance.
